BELLY UP- Pumpkin Pie Martini
What do hillbillies do on Halloween?
Pump kin.
I don't mean to brag, BUT I served this perfect Thanksgiving dessert drink to the unlikely trio of Coach Duggs, Troopz, AND Brianna Chickenfry this morning, and they all LOVED it.
Here's the breakdown…
2 ounces Vanilla Vodka
1 ounce Dark Rum
1/2 ounce Hal & Half
1 ounce Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
Shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass that is rimmed with maple syrup and crushed Graham Crackers.
Garnished with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of crushed Graham Cracker, and a cinnamon stick.
Enjoy and take a drink.
